Nina Adams, professionally known as @ninayoga in sociall media , is a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience, based in Barcelona.

Originally from Argentina and the United States, she discovered her love for yoga at Ashtanga Yoga PR, the home of Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, under the guidance of her mentor David C. Kyle. Since then, she has pursued yoga as both a career and a lifestyle, sharing her passion with others.

Nina ensures that yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of their skill level or experience, and invites all to step out of their comfort zones to find a deeper connection within themselves.
